The Program

We provide expert clinical supervision for both new and experienced Master’s-level therapists across a wide range of specialties, including trauma, mood disorders, child and adolescent issues, school-based practices, and women’s mental health. Our licensed, experienced clinicians guide supervisees in assessment, treatment planning, progress notes, discharge, ethics, cultural sensitivity, and telehealth practices—turning theory into practical, real-world skills.

Clinical Supervision

  • Face-to-Face: Structured individual or group supervision for Delaware-based pre-licensed or recently licensed therapists. Based on CBT and client-centered models, with a focus on trauma, depression, and anxiety.

  • Video/Phone: Remote supervision via case discussion or review of recorded documentation.

  • Master’s Internships: Partnering with universities, students gain hands-on experience while building professional competence.

Licensure Support

  • Supervision available for therapists pursuing LPCMH or LACMH.

  • Supervisees maintain a small caseload for practical, on-the-job experience while earning payment ($30–$35/hour).

  • Group supervision (up to 6 participants) is $60/session (60 min); individual supervision is $100+/session (50 min).

   Consultation-

   Practice Makes Perfect

Participation in this group is automatic for active clinical supervision. This ensures every participant is grounded in consistent supervision, shared standards, and ethical alignment.

Self-awareness and community are essential to the craft of the therapist, strengthening compassion, clinical judgment, and professional integrity. By design, this group functions as a protected space where clinicians can consult openly, reflect deeply, and sharpen their practice within a trusted supervisory framework.

We offer internships and clinical positions that provide real-world experience, mentorship, and professional growth. Interns and team members gain hands-on training in counseling, assessment, and case management, while working alongside experienced, licensed clinicians who model ethical, trauma-informed, and client-centered care.
