Individual/Couples/Group

A healthy relationship with yourself and or partner takes attention, practice, and support—and sometimes even the strongest people need guidance to navigate life’s challenges. We meet you where you are, helping you understand each other more deeply, rebuild connection, and create patterns that last.

 Counseling sessions include:

  • Setting meaningful, shared goals that reflect your values, dreams, and the relationship you truly want

  • Attending consistent sessions—weekly or bi-weekly—to stay on track and make progress together

  • Practicing skills and complete simple exercises at home to strengthen communication, manage conflict, and nurture emotional intimacy

  • Review progress regularly so you can celebrate victories, course-correct when needed, and see the growth you’ve achieved together

We provide a safe, supportive space where everyone feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Every therapy journey here begins with this shared foundation.

When we are AWARE of the signs and symptoms of trauma and RECOGNIZE how it affects our daily lives, we can be more INTENTIONAL in managing it. Creating a plan and regularly checking in can help SUSTAIN a positive well-being. Lastly, sharing our knowledge and experiences can help EDUCATE others and promote a more supportive community.

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing EMDR

EMDR is a type of therapy that some people find helpful when they have experienced something upsetting or traumatic. During EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapy, you will be asked to think about the upsetting memory while also following a moving object with your eyes, such as the therapist's finger moving back and forth. This is called bilateral stimulation, and it can help your brain process the memory in a different way and reduce its negative impact on you.

Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

TF-CBT is a type of therapy that can help clients who have experienced a traumatic event, such as abuse, a natural disaster, or the death of a loved one.

In TF-CBT, you will work with a therapist to learn new skills and ways of thinking about what happened to you. The therapy will help you understand that the trauma was not your fault and that you are not alone in what you experienced.

Key Factors: This process  talks about your feelings and experiences, coping mechanisms, and breathing exercises.

Internal Family Systems

IFS is a type of therapy that views the mind as made up of different "parts" or sub-personalities that interact with each other.

In IFS therapy, you will work with a therapist to identify and understand these different parts of yourself and how they contribute to your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The goal of the therapy is to help you develop a better relationship with these parts and to promote healing and growth.

Key Factors: This process helps you with  techniques for communicating and understanding your different parts, such as visualization or journaling.
